Ardbeg Homes held a community drop-in event to see and discuss plans for The Causeway Field at Scotlandwell (H54) on 27th April 2022 at Portmoak Village Hall.

Proposed Development Plan
Prior to the drop in meeting we would like to update the community on the new proposed layout for the site plan for the development. Please note that Plots 17 – 22 will be affordable housing provision.

Draft Design & Access Statement
The Design & Access Statement will accompany the Planning Application for our development of housing on the southern edge of the village of Scotlandwell.
The project aims to provide a development of 22 new houses with the provision of 6 plots for affordable.
